Shipping& Returns

In-store pickup

Choose pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready, usually the same day during store hours. Bring your order number. Paid-at-pickup orders are held for 3 days.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day usually leave the store the same or next business day. Shipping cost is shown at checkout, and orders over the free-shipping amount ship free.

Returns

Unopened products in their original condition can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. For safety, we can’t accept opened supplements, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

If something arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right.
